Services We Offer

Persons involved with the operation of turbine aircraft demand the highest levels of knowledge, competence, and performance from themselves and the people with whom they associate.

So do we.

We provide our clients with USPAP compliant Aircraft Appraisals. If the term "USPAP" is not familiar to you, please go to the FAQ page to learn why compliance with USPAP is critically important.

Who are our clients?

  • Attorneys
  • Insurance Companies
  • Aircraft Owners and Operators

What Types of Aircraft Appraisal services do we offer?

  • Contemporary Appraisals: The current market value of an aircraft. This is the most common type of appraisal we perform.
  • Retrospective Appraisals: What an aircraft was worth on a particular date in the past.
  • Damaged Aircraft Analysis and Diminution in Value: This service analyzes an aircraft damage event to determine whether a diminution in value is warranted, and if warranted the amount of diminution. Damage classification can range from simple hangar rash to major structural damage. Our many years of involvement in the aircraft maintenance field is a tremendous asset in these highly technical cases. • Expert Witness: Litigation assistance as part of the Aircraft Appraisal practice from pretrial preparation to courtroom. Testifying and non-testifying expert consulting. Also available to review records and render opinions. Attorney references and expert fee schedule are available upon request.
  • Appraisal Reviews: Appraisal Reviews provide an objective, critical analysis of the work of another aircraft appraiser. Qualified and accredited by the American Society of Appraisers to perform Appraisal Reviews.
  • Consulting: Tap into decades of aviation experience. This is real-world experience and includes: deep operational knowledge of aircraft types from small Cessnas to wide-body Boeing jets; aircraft maintenance experience from general aviation to scheduled airline operations; piloting experience from single-engine biplanes to international airline flying. Consulting fees are hourly or flat-rate depending upon assignment.
  • None of the Above: That's right, you might have a unique situation that does not fit any of the services listed above. Call us at (404) 921-3767. We can help!

Every Aircraft Appraisal we perform includes:

  • An on-site examination of the subject aircraft's interior, exterior, and cockpit to document and evaluate the condition and appearance, plus an inventory of installed equipment, avionics, modifications, and factory options. Also performed is a review of aircraft's logbooks and documentation as they relate to value. This review checks all of the following: damage history; maintenance history; inspection status; time-life items; cycle-life items; Airworthiness Directives; Service Bulletins; airframe, engine, propeller, and APU times/cycles; and maintenance programs such as MSP, TAP, ESP, JSSI.
  • Thorough research and analysis of the current market for the subject aircraft. This includes locating and using actual sales prices of similar aircraft for comparisons whenever possible.
  • A photographic record of the aircraft's exterior, interior, and cockpit.
  • The Appraisal Report is delivered in PDF format. Depending upon the aircraft type, the finished report will be between 25 to 80 pages in length.
  • Prompt service. The finished Appraisal Report is typically ready for delivery in less than 72 hours after the on-site aircraft examination.
